It was very nice. Staff were very nice We enjoyed the bar and ability to have drink in the courtyard
Pros: The access to the private park was lovely. Sit and have a drink from the bar Cons: Rooms were small - bathroom very small

We stayed in a large room so we didn't have any problems with narrowness. The biggest problem in London is small rooms.
In the small luxury hotel category, it was quite good in London standards. When the air conditioning in our room was insufficient, they immediately changed our room.
