Cool place in a good location.
Pros: Great location. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Great that there is a proper door on the bathroom (not a slider) and off the living room rather than the bedroom. Cons: The place wasn’t all that clean. The furniture was not very comfortable.

The Franklin was amazing! We stayed in The Armand. We loved the staircase, the shower, and the huge windows. Such a beautiful suite!

Cozy, charming, and welcoming
Pros: The rooms were clean and included snacks and toiletries. I loved the charging stations on the bedside tables. The beds were very comfy and soft. The bathrooms had really nice, vintage looking tiles and a beautiful shower. The nespresso machine in the lobby is a nice touch and brightened my morning. All of the staff are super friendly and accommodating. Cons: I wish the breakfast had been a little bigger, but the bagel I had was pretty good. The floor boards were creaky and there were quite a few cracks and gaps in between them, which could definitely be a tripping hazard. I was kind of s

The Franklin on Rittenhouse is a wonderful boutique hotel conveniently located a block from the park and within easy walking distance of the best parts of Philadelphia. The team made me feel like it was my home away from home and went beyond the call of duty to make sure my stay with them was welcoming and carefree. When the hotel had no availability for my first night in Philly, they found me accommodations nearby. When family came to visit me at the hotel they treated them as if they were guests at the hotel as well. I will be visiting Philly at least once a year and will always make the Fra
