A stay of contrasts
Pros: The hotel is located in Downtown near the financial district. There is a metro stop with lines 1,2,3 just below the hotel which is a good point to move to all the neighborhoods of New York. The breakfast did not have much variety, however, we liked the quality of what was available. The restaurant next to the hotel (Serafina), where breakfast is served, is connected to the hotel directly, the food is very good and we liked it a lot. The air conditioning made no noise and worked VERY WELL, we went in the summer and almost got hypothermia 🥶, it could be regulated. The hotel smelled good a

Great location, great staff, underwhelming room
Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful throughout, location was brilliant
Cons: I visit New York frequently so I am accustomed to small rooms but our room wrapped around the elevator shaft (the elevator was marked as out of service through the visit, presumably because they had sold the wrap-around rooms). Noise not an issue but the room has one window at one end giving a prison-like feel. With four of us in there, it felt very cramped and lacking light. We only went to breakfast once - felt underwhelming.

A great hotel, with good facilities and in an excellent location to explore New York.
Pros: We were lucky because we could book two rooms during Black Friday, and the prices were very good. The rooms were not very large, but adequate. The staff was very friendly. Highly recommended breakfast to start the day optimally. The location, excellent, in the heart of Tribeca, near Soho and the financial district.
Cons: The truth is that there was nothing we didn't like. Everything met expectations and we loved it.
