Pros: Friendly and welcoming staff, lounge area at entrance. The size of room and excellent breakfast. Quiet street. Cons: The only issue was personal preference which was pillows were either too softer too hard. No fault with our stay.

Pros: We arrived earler than planned and received a very warm welcome, plus our room was ready and waiting. Bed extremely comfortable so we were well rested, especially as we were in Blackpool competing in a choral competition at the Winter Gardens. All room facilities were great. Breakfast was very tasty and piping hot and in abundance, especially for the bigger appetite. All washed down with limitless tea/ coffee. What's not to like. A great place to stay. Cons: There wasn't anything to dislike. Everything you need is well catered for.
