I ordered sea bass for dinner and got deep fried haddock the waitress said sorry I thought you meant fish!the smoked had

Pros: Location was good, room was clean
Cons: Spa facilities, the reason we booked, were pretty underwhelming, treatments were extortionate and having to pay on top of a £190 per night booking to use the spa felt a bit of a con. Restaurant service was poor, items on the menu unavailable, food was mediocre and priced too high.

Disappointed with the all round stay, was not of the quality expected for the price point.

Pros: Everything!  The breakfast was amazing.
Cons: Nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom !   Very low water pressure.

Only one night but very enjoyable.

Cons: Only downside was SPA was in a building about 150 metre walk from reception outside
