Pros: Very clean and a pleasant place to stay. Perfect for warwick castle and Stratford upon Avon. Excellent value for money and safe parking. Would recommend to all. Cons: To some it maybe a problem, that it is very close to Birmingham airport so does have flight noises. This did not bother us and I would be very happy to stay again.
