Pros: There was nothing bad about anything everyone there was very accommodating to me and my needs after my surgery. They delivered our dinners and our breakfast and our coffee and tea in the morning. It was unbelievably wonderful 10 stars. Cons: Nothing

Pros: The size of the room was awesome for New York
Pros: The size of the room was awesome for New York. It was a comfortable stay for a family of 4. Walking distance to subway stations and Central Park. Staff was accommodating and always available. Cons: The room could use some upgrades. There is no air vent in the bathroom so it can get very moist and hot in the room after showers.
I highly recommend this place, comfortable, clean, and most importantly, the reception staff is great and always smiling
Pros: Excellent location, very convenient. Everything is clean, and the staff is pleasant, helpful, making the experience enjoyable and good. This is an excellent hotel for families, very convenient, with a small kitchenette. There is a gym and a coffee machine in the lobby. The atmosphere is great, and I highly recommend staying here. Cons: Maybe add some chairs around the table so that it is possible to eat together if you want to eat something in the room.
