Pros: The staff the decoration the restaurant the free shuttle Cons: Our first room was really poorly located with the noise of washing machines all day from 6am to 10pm..

Pros: The staff the decoration the restaurant the free shuttle Cons: Our first room was really poorly located with the noise of washing machines all day from 6am to 10pm... it's a handicapped accessible room and I wonder how this room can be reserved given the noise, especially for people with disabilities who need good rest like my son. We then had a new room for the second night which was much better. If we had directly had the second room, I probably would have rated it a 9/10.

A stay in a pleasant and relaxing place

Pros: The staff is attentive without being obsequious. Decoration totally faithful to the photos. Family atmosphere. Very good food. Cons: OK

Pros: The staff, the decoration, the restaurant, the free shuttle Cons: Our first room was really poorly located with the noise of washing machines all day from 6am to 10pm... it's a PMR room and I wonder how this room can be reserved considering the noise, especially for people with disabilities who need good rest like my son. We then had a new room for the second night which was much better. If we had directly had the second room, I would probably have given a 9/10.

Fine for a short stay to be close to Universal

Pros: Good for proximity to Universal with free shuttle throughout the day. It's a small hotel that was overall quiet and spacious. I would stay again if the price was better than Sheraton or Hyatt but only for a couple of nights to do Universal. Swimming pool was nice and although small, generally you could get a sunbed okay. They also showed classic movies at the pool every night which the kids loved. Cons: Sketchy location - surrounding area doesn’t feel safe. Not much in the vicinity to walk to explore. Food service at the hotel was dire. Waited an hour on the first night for food even tho
