A Disappointing Stay
Pros: I first stayed at The Gate in June 2023 and had a wonderful experience, which is exactly why I decided to return. During that first stay, the rooms were spotless, the staff were genuinely friendly and professional, and the overall level of service exceeded my expectations. Even during my second stay, despite the issues I encountered, the staff remained polite and did their best to help whenever I raised a concern. I still appreciate the potential of this hotel and know from my previous experience how good a stay here can be. Cons: Unfortunately, my second stay was very different. I ha
