The room could have been so much nicer.
Pros: Cooked breakfast was ok and staff attended needs and they were very helpful. Good variety of cereals and juice. Cons: Breakfast pastries undercooked. Room very dated and needed some TLC. Scruffy old towels and a very dusty fan. Toilet seat poorly fitted. There are more little things but I will leave it at that.

Pleasant and comfortable stay. Would have given higher rating , but needs repairs and re decorating
Pros: Good location , comfortable but small room. Good off road free parking and very tasty breakfast. Staff pleasant. Cons: Poor shower function. Low pressure and lukewarm each day. Kettle leaked. Used cups not replaced each day. Television only had approx 8 working channels. Decor of room and throughout was tired and damaged. Cobwebs around windows and on ceiling. Wallpaper ripped, marked. Paintwork shabby. Stair rails wobble. Fridge in communal area not clean.
Brilliant stay
Brilliant stay. They thought of absolutely everything! Staff were brilliant and so child friendly. Didn’t bat an eye lid to two kids being children in the breakfast room. My son had a meltdown (he’s autistic) and there was no judgement at all.
