A luxury stay where staff go out of their way to accommodate your needs.
Pros: Clean, tidy, roomy. The staff were without exception polite and professional, and more importantly friendly and smiling. They were able to enable the booking of twin beds and a bath for us. Cons: All small things, nothing very important. But for a luxury hotel, we expected better. Parking is tight. Some of the food at the buffet breakfast tasted stale. The toilet roll kept falling off the holder; easy to fix.
