Pros: The hotel walking distance from everything you need and near the beautiful sea front of Plymouth. Owner great helping with cheap parking and provided porridge! Cons: The room was not very clean and needed some TLC, I have been bitten with bed bugs! Also not en suit room which is not a problem as I have stayed in similar rooms before, however our room was right on the top floor and the shower room was on the bottom with a toilet two sets of stairs down. It is a long trek in the night!

The welcome was warm and friendly. Very well situated. Would definately stay here again.
Pros: The location is next to Plymouth Hoe. Superb views. Next door is a great restaurant. A short walk away are most major shops a great indoor shopping centre. A whole range of pasty shops including our favorite Ivor Dewdneys. Cons: Parking our car was impossible. Luckily we drove to my brother's and parked there.
