שהייה מושלמת במילאנו, עם שירות יוצא מן הכלל - בהחלט ראויים לציון 10 .🙏🙏🙏

Pros: המקום מרכזי מול הדומו , היינו בסוויטה ג׳וניור קומה 5 . בהגעה קיבלו אותנו מאוד יפה , בקבלה היו מאוד אדיבים , וענו על כל שאלה , גם שהיגענו וגם שיצאנו . חדר האוכל , ארוחת הבוקר , והמסעדות ברמה מאוד גבוהה , כל אנשי הצוות של המלון , היו אדיבים , סבלניים , ועזרו לנו מאוד . מאמין שהביקור הבא שלנו נתארח שוב בבית מלון Galmor . ושוב תודה לכל אנשי הצוות במלון בלי יוצא מהכלל . Cons: אין פה עניין שלא אהבנו , להיפך ידענו שמבצעים שינויים במלון , והיינו אמורים מדי פעם לעבור למעלית אחרת . ומאמין בקרוב זה ישתנה . היה מצויין מכל הבחינות .

Never again

Pros: The location but even getting there was a nightmare. Cons: The whole experience was awful, no cars we’re allowed to get the hotel, we had to walk for 10 minutes to get to the hotel, I’m okay if there is road works and it can be understandable, however what I don’t accept is that they did not tell me that beforehand, they told me after it’s too late to arrange alternative and to made sure they will get the full amount of the stay in accordance with the booking policy, which is extremely cheap. The hotel rank in my view is barely 4 star or even less Besides the pictures in booking.co
