Pros: The views from the garden were spectacular! Lovely rooms, very friendly staff, lots of nice little perks. Great location- very walkable to Royal Mile and some attractions. Exceeded expectations. Cons: Nothing!

Pros: Good location, nice breakfast, clean and spacious room Cons: Shower curtain instead of a real shower cabin was a surprise in a 5-star hotel. Furthermore, the curtain fell off the ceiling, hung, and had not been fixed before we checked out. No discount offered or anything else to compensate for this issue.
