Nessun ottimo servizio ma bel posto dove soggiornare.

Pros: La posizione era ottima e il pub e l'area esterna erano splendidi. Cons: Ho richiesto un ferro e una tavola da stiro e non c'erano quando abbiamo fatto il check-in. Ne avevamo bisogno per la mattina ma il pub non apre prima delle 12:00 e non c'è un numero di telefono a cui chiamare, quindi non sapevo come mettermi in contatto con loro. Il check-in è stato letteralmente 'queste sono le chiavi e basta', senza alcuna spiegazione di alcun tipo. La struttura è davvero bella e anche la città, ma il servizio avrebbe potuto essere migliore (specialmente considerando il prezzo della camera).

Certamente raccomanderò le vostre camere.

Cons: Nella camera mancava solo il phon.

Perfect stay in Cirencester

Pros: Perfect accommodation, nothing is really missing. The girl who manages both the rooms and the pub was very kind. The property is located very close to the historic center, in the evening we took a wonderful walk in the park and in the streets of the center. We had dinner at the pub's restaurant. Typical and very good dishes. The parking is quite close, we parked at the old station without even spending absurd amounts. Cons: Nothing

Beautiful location

Pros: The location, the size of the apartment, the attention to detail Cons: There was no air conditioning (but it is not a criticism of the structure, I know that in the UK, as the temperatures are mild in many places, there isn't any, and I found a particularly hot climate in June). However, it is a characteristic to know in case you plan your vacation there in a hot period.

Very nice room and helpful staff, the restaurant serves excellent food!
