Lovely hotel with fabulous staff in perfect location to enjoy Cambridge
Pros: Breakfast excellent Helpful reception ( lovely member of staff who was on a summer transfer from radisson hotel in Uruguay!...she was so warm, friendly and informative). Great location Cons: Part of the bath plug dial fell to bits but told reception about it to get fixed. Didn't affect the shower at all.

Pros: Room very comfortable. Hotel reception area and restaurant is stylish and appealing decor. All staff professional, efficient and attentive. Fabulous breakfast. Hotel location is central and within easy walking distance of city centre. Cons: .

A great place for visiting Cambridge
Our lovely visit in Cambridge began with our arrival at the Gonville Hotel and the *complimentary* “Bentley experience” provided by Mike, our chauffeur. His encyclopedic knowledge and engaging narration made for a fun, educational introduction to the area. Did I mention it’s included as part of our stay? We rented bicycles today (also at no charge) and rode them to Grantchester, to the colleges, and the market square and back. Our room is beautifully appointed. As with most hotel rooms we’ve experienced, we wished for better lighting (but who reads books any more?). Staff are very responsive

Bentley Luxury
Wonderful stay at the hotel and the cherry on top was the Bentley Experience drive with Zane Wray. Loved learning about Cambridge history in the comfort of a classic car
