Pros: Pulizia ottima e camere moderne e sofisticate Cons: Non hanno specificato che le camere erano sottoterra ovvero underground e per chi soffre di claustrofobia non sono il meglio

More than Goodenough in excellent, quiet, central location

The hotel is comprises a set of elegant large townhouses in a quiet square with a park in the centre. The rooms are spacious, airy, light and well-proportioned. Very comfortable. As one is entering a townhouse by its front door, one is free from other people and the bustle and clamour that characterise large hotels. One to remember.

It was better than Good Enough!

Pros: Welcoming and helpful staff, the room was clean and very comfortable in a lovely old building. Breakfast at the Great Hall of the College was really special. Cons: Can’t think of anything, would happily stay again.

A good base for walking around Bloomsbury and central London visiting exhibitions.

Pros: I like the hotel and the chance to eat in the college where students are friendly. But at my age carrying a heavy case up to the third floor requires effort. Is there any way you could offer a lower room, such as in the newer buildings at the back, which I have used before and found fine. Cons: I stayed 1-3 October, but for my return to London 6-8 October the price quoted was higher and deterred me. I found a cheaper place.

Pros: The location of the hotel is excellent, tucked into a secluded square and near plenty of parks and dining opportunities. You can walk to many key attractions and access to public transport is wonderful. Cons: I had forgotten since my previous stay how odious and narrow the stairs are, and to be frank unless outfitted with air conditioning soon this is the kind of hotel which climate change will render obsolete for much of the year. The carpets on the stairs are dingy and need a good cleaning. I see since my last stay they've put oscillating fans in the rooms (at least on the 3rd floor wh
