Pros: It was clean Cons: The staff were rude, the room was tiny, refused to let us take our own water to the pool in 40 degree heat, offered everyone except us complimentary drink on arrival, felt very unwelcome.

Everything about this hotel was PHENOMENAL! I travelled alone just to get away! The location was SUPERB! I was able to walk to get food and shop, very CLOSE to the beach! The staff were amazing! The rooftop pool was spectacular! There was also a VINTAGE FRAMES store attached! I will FOREVER stay at this property!.

Cons: The staff were generally friendly and welcoming — except for the people working around the pool, where the atmosphere was honestly a completely different story. The homophobia was so obvious and uncomfortable that it was impossible not to notice. And let’s not forget: you are dealing with paying guests from all over the world. Maybe remember that before making people feel unwelcome. But the biggest disaster was the pool situation. Apparently, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are basically “sorry, hotel guests, the pool is not really for you” days. The hotel reserves the pool area for a priv
