Excellent, quirky room for a special occasion but hidden extras spoiled the experience
Pros: Fantastic location. Brilliant in it’s quirky nature Cons: Didn’t like being hit with an extra £12 a night service fee. This was supposed to be optional but it would have been churlish to deciline as the service was so good. For me, this is an expensive stay and the extra charge made it feel tainted.

Pros: The location is fantastic for the albert Hall. I chose this hotel specifically for that since I had only had an operation on my ankle 8;weeks previous to put visit Cons: I had asked for a specific deluxe room, that apparently didn't exist on arrival, There was a huge stain on the carpet of the small room that we were given. There was black mold surrounding the bath in the bathroom...and you have to climb into the bath to have your shower. Not really accessible to all, and should maybe be made clearer when booking. There were water pressure issues and the toilet didn't flush properly. T
