Per me soggiornare qui era un piccolo sogno e, da questo punto di vista, è stato davvero speciale. L’atmosfera è elegante, raffinata e fiabesca: per qualche giorno mi sono sentita davvero come una principessa. Fin dal primo momento ho avuto la sensazione di entrare in una fiaba Disney. I saloni, i profumi, i fiori, l’eleganza di ogni ambiente e la cura di ogni dettaglio sembravano appartenere a un mondo incantato. L’Afternoon Tea è stato un momento che non dimenticherò

Great place in London
Pros: Room was great. The garden is fabulous. The restaurant is worth and a lot original !
Hotel cosy and staff very helpful.
Cons: Big big probleme ! Service is toi slox when you order something ! It takes a long time to be served ! It s not normal and it is not in the standard of hotels like that ! My wife ordered an ice cream and it was like the ice cream was coming from Italy ! I commanded an hamburger and I had to wait almost 1 one !
Really it in the big and only probleme in this hotel ! Service is toi too slow ! I mean you don t have to be in a hurry if you eat there !
