A great place to stay in downtown Louisville.
Pros: Room was really good, comfortable. Staff were great. Restaurant in the basement was very good. Location was very convenient, very close to multiple distilleries. Cons: The shower leaked a lot. They probably need to add a rubber strip near the glass door so the water doesn't leak out.
Location was perfect for our stay.
Pros: Amazing old building and great location. Cons: The room could have used more cleaning. The restaurant was not the best experience. The first night we went for drinks and the host was very rude. Our server was amazing. The next morning we went for breakfast. Our host/server was amazing but he was the only person trying to seat everyone, take the orders, make drinks and bring the food out. The prices for this stay were increased due to the play Hamilton being in town so can you not get this man some help in the restaurant?
Pros: The location was amazing and the valet was a lovely touch. Cons: The bed! You need New mattresses!!!!!! The ones in 409 are shot! People shouldn’t have to sleep on a divot!

It was a perfect place for girls night out!
The drinks, bartenders, breakfast & server - all excellent. I will be telling all my friends and hope to stay there again! All staff were knowledgeable of the building history. There was a light in the closet! Decor was perfect.
Great, would definitely stay again.
Pros: Location. Clean and inviting lobby. Views from room. Cons: Street noise while trying to sleep was a bit much.
