The Grand is grand 👏
Pros: The refit by the new owners is superb everything is done to a very high standard. Cons: The drafty seating in the bar bistro. A few customers also asked to be moved.

No Hot water and poor customer service, complaints ignored.
Pros: Location, very good Cons: I booked 3 rooms and none had hot water at 5.00am before leaving for the airport. Hotel attitude ‘it’s an old hotel and we have these problems’ . 12 days and counting with no response from Senior Management Team as promised. Read reviews, they do not respond to complaints.

Some good experiences, uncomfortable by night
Pros: Location and ambience Good breakfast and friendly staff Cons: No air conditioner! Just a fan in exceptionally hot weather for Ireland
