Totally recommend staying at this amazing hotel
Pros: Absolutely amazing location and views from window. Great staff and service from everyone. Cons: Uncomfortable pillow and only one each, would love to have option to get a feather pillow and have two of them so I would sleep better.

Did the job but requires some simple upgrades/attention to detail
Pros: The size of the room was excellent and had a fridge which was a nice bonus, the bathroom had been refurbished, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Cons: The bed I had was very hard which meant I didn’t get much sleep, the room only had 3 plug sockets (1 for the TV, 1 for the fridge and 1 for the kettle) none were near any of the 3 beds and in 2026 that is and was an issue. The TV was far too small for the room, the windows had not been cleaned for a long time and the toilet seat was loose. There also appeared to be a couple of lifts out

Wouldn’t stay again
Pros: Close to Scarborough Spa theatre for comedy club and other bars. Cons: Very basic cold room. Rock hard pillows. Window was screwed shut but had a gap so it was draughty. Radiator wouldn’t turn on. Very little choice of food, I had chilli con carni rice and chips which was ok. Lemon cake was hard. Breakfast wasn’t nice at all, coffee was horrible. It was like been in the crystal maze getting to the room, stairs up and down and door after door.
