Room service and restaurant service were extremely delayed, and the food quality was poor.
Pros: The room and view from the room was amazing. Cons: Disappointed with my stay. Room service and restaurant service were extremely delayed, and the food quality was poor. Given the high price of the hotel, the experience did not justify the cost.
