The staff, My husband lost his engagement and wedding ring there, the owner assured that if the rings were lost in the hotel, they would be found. We had given up hope, the rings were found, and the marriage saved. Thanks to the Green Phoenix team and the owner Mr. Weist.

Pros: Very good location with perfect connection to public transportation Cons: Everything was optimal for me. The rooms on the upper floors are difficult to reach for guests with a handicap. However, the room equipment leaves nothing to be desired.
