Pros: Great location. Clean and warm Cons: In the morning when I got back from a run. My shower was freezing. I spoke to a nice young man in reception who apologised and said there wasn't any maintenance men there and that there was nothing he could do. So it had to be a cold shower. I then couldn't find a hair dryer, I spoke to a rude lady this time who said the boiler was being looked at and that there was a hairdryer in my room there is in every room 🤔 There wasn't in mine! Pros: Rafid on reception. Very friendly and helpful Cons: Being charged a high price for a tea bag which I could have drank FOC in the room.

Pros: A lovely place to stay in Plymouth. The staff was great and so helpful. And the location was fantastic. I would recommend and stay there again. Cons: Nothing

Excellent value for money.

For the price, excellent accommodation. And for another very reasonable price, a great breakfast.
