Is not an ideal place for a business trip since it is an apartment with no restaurants at walking distance. Be prepare for an additional charge of US$110 cash for cleaning and management charge. You need to call to arrange someone to meet you at the place as you arrive and as you leave (is not a hotel). The place is nice but is not a hotel.
Good Apt, Good People
If you are thinking about staying here, don’t think about it too much JUST BOOK! It has absolutely everything you possibly need. Nearby to good restaurants, clubs, supermarkets, gas stations etc. Debbie and Kevin are such a great host... she has a lot of patience to explain everything you need to know, she answers quickly whenever you email the property and also she will help you find places to visit if you don’t have an idea of what you want to do while you are in Kingston. My staying at this place was the best decision I made, I would definitely go back again. This one gets a well deserve 5/
Nice safe location and close to city center
My stay was quite pleasant. Very quiet and close to the city center. Accommodation had everything we needed.
