Pros: Everything! Great location! Excellent customer service! Sebastian was fantastic to work with! All the little extras meant a lot - food, snacks, drinks, etc. Very responsive with recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Pros: Hamlet is an amazing place to stay when visiting Geneva. It is beyond my expectations and far better than many 5-star luxury hotels. First of all, it is located in the historical old town of Geneva, and has the charm of old brick buildings, but with all the modern renovation and amenities. The property is meticulously managed. Secondly, the staff is super nice and helpful. Our host Sebastien is very friendly and nice, and reached out ahead of time to check our needs.
