Quiet yet central.
Pros: Very comfortable bed. Location good for transport links. Nice pub downstairs with good food. Cons: Minor niggle the shower doors weren't quite fitted properly. The room was in estate agents Parlance - "Bijou" ie small.

Pros: Chambre confortable et très bien bien équipée. Très propre. Cons: La chambres est directement au-dessus du Pub, et donc très bruyante le week-end jusqu’à 11 pm le week-end. Pas de possibilité de petit déjeuner, ce sui n’est absolument pas signalé.

Spotlessly clean. Very pretty house, quiet and bed was very comfortable. Lots of choice of beverages included and room was tastefully decorated
Clean, comfortable accommodation with a very nice pub attached!
Pros: Great location, quiet and safe residential neighbourhood. Clean, comfortable room with large and very comfortable bed. Had a excellent Sunday roast in the pub and a very nice guest ale from a small Essex brewery. Staff were welcoming, pleasant and helpful. Cons: All good.
Disappointed as not as comfortable as previous year
Pros: The location is close to the event we were attending. Cons: Compared to our stay last year, the room was a lot smaller although we paid quite a bit more. The mattress was uncomfortable and noisy. We also didn't get any clean towels, water or coffee which again I thought we got the previous year.
