To sleep for a nite is okay but no longer, they need to clarify the fees because they charge you resort fee and it is no
Pros: Customer service when we arrived Cons: The room smells like high humidity and no ventilation and the towels by the hand sink were filled with hair
Pros: Our room was perfect. Very clean and comfortable bed. Close to all amenities.I would stay there again! Cons: There was nothing that was wrong !
Great value & potential to be great!
Pros: Location and complimentary ride there and back. Cons: Sheets were comfortable, rough and dingy. Sink would take too long to drain. Hairs found in the bathroom. Walls and trim needed to be wiped down and touched up with a fresh coat of paint. Air-conditioning needs to be renovated and modernized. Water was dripping from upstairs unit. Door had an half inch gap under it and at night you could see it. Continental Breakfast was nice, choices and room could have been better.
This hotel was great; the staff is great and even my pet had a great time. Thank you
