It was value for money and comfortable
Pros: It was comfortable, clean, good breakfast and everyone was very polite and helpful. The walk into town was not too far Cons: No tea facilities in the room but a very handy kitchen at the end of the hall with kettle etc

Pros: Comfortable clean room, breakfast was excellent. The hosts were brilliant Emma was right laugh 😃 my sense of humour. Enjoyed our stay very much ,great hospitality. Cons: Nothing... all good.

Perfect place to stay whilst visiting Stratford-upon-Avon
Very comfortable stay. Emma was very friendly and helpful, and cooked a wonderful breakfast. It was the perfect location for walking into Stratford-upon-Avon.
