Pros: Rooms are well updated and clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Cons: The location is a bit of a walk from the nearest Tube stops, but it wasn’t a major issue. Good excuse to get some exercise.

Pros: Very comfortable and complete facilities, equivalent to a four-star hotel and even with better services than some of them in London (larger than usual bathroom, bathrobes...). Well located. Very friendly staff that provides you with whatever you need. The manager, Joao, also speaks Spanish and we had a very pleasant time talking after dinner. Cons: Nothing. We didn't have any problems.
