Pros: What a fantastic place! The room was gorgeous and pristine. It had everything you needed including a coffee machine, complimentary tea and even a small communal fridge in the hallway. The staff was very lovely as well. We'll definitely come back! Cons: We wish there was a rubbish bin in the room itself, but apart from that everything was perfect.

Very poor value for money, little thought given to customer comfort

Pros: The room was nicely decorated and clean Cons: We stayed during a heatwave. We know the hotel can't be blamed for this, but the bedroom windows had locks on them, only allowing them to open about 4 inches and although the description of the facilities includes a fan, there was not a single fan to be found. It was so hot inside the bedroom, we had to get up and go home at 2 am. It was more comfortable in our own bedroom, even though the temperature was still registering 30 degrees! God knows what it was in that room, but it was hideous. The discomfort was probably made worse by the nylon b

Fabulous

Pros: Spacious, well-equipped room, comfortable bed, Netflix on TV, fabulous bathroom. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Cons: The stairs are very steep and winding. If you have mobility problems or are very unfit, then this is something to take into account. We had been looking forward to trying the food, but the kitchen was closed the days we were there 😒.
