Disappointed. Don't let them give you a main floor room.
Pros: Good location. Staff had a pleasant attitude, but really didn't follow through on solving issues. Cons: Room's heater was not working and maintenance staff could not fix it. We were given a noisy space heater instead. The rooms on the main level are extremely noisy mostly due to cleaning staff pushing laundry carts down the tile floored hallway and slamming doors to back-of-house rooms.
Excellent place to stay and enjoy Kirkland and the area.
Pros: Hotel and room are very clean and well appointed. Free coffee and tea in lobby in morning. Excellent location close to shops and restaurants. Cons: Refrigerator in our room was very noisy.

Pros: The hotel location close to the waterfront, and downtown is great. Cons: The construction and new traffic "features" aka traffic circles from hel.... off I405 are the worst I have ever seen. Who came up with that horror show?
Made our trip that much more amazing staying at the Heathman! Amazing staff who were all willing to help with anything!
