Love the utilities/electronics.
Pros: Electronics were great Cons: Finishings - walls (some parts were crumbling floor (holes and bumps), leakages on kitchen faucet, shower head, leakage spots on bathroom ceilings. Blinds too short not covering entire window and dusty. No sufficient sound barriers.
Convenient location, but the overall experience needs significant improvement
Pros: The location is good and convenient for exploring Philadelphia. Unfortunately, that is also the property’s biggest advantage. Cons: The gentleman at the reception was not particularly welcoming or helpful when we arrived. What disappointed us most was his reaction when my wife politely asked for two additional towels, as there were only two towels provided for four guests. Guests should be able to expect a clean and well-maintained property. Unfortunately, this was not the case. We found bed linens with small holes that were not perfectly clean, a dirty stove and toaster, a dusty coffee

Pros: Location was great, walkable to all the sights, and restaurants. The interior of the apartments are fantastic, very nice designs, we had a super comfortable stay. Parked in the parking space and we decided to leave the car there for all 3 days. Better to walk everywhere. We had some rain for the first 2 days and could not use the rooftop like we wished but the facilities (gym, rooftop) are great. Nice view for the center city. Cons: I can't say anything negative.
