I’m not happy as I paid for a single king room and got placed in a double with no explanation or reason for the switch

Pros: Room was excellent. Care also excellent. Definitely coming back and this will be the only place to stay in Dallas in future. Cons: Nothing.

Will is a great manager with great customer service

The manager Will has great customer service and the restaurant team. I came for business travel and I usually only stay at Marriott hotels. However I am happy decided to take a chance with the Hilton brand after a recommendation
