Pros: The price. Cons: The room was at first glance clean however the floor hadn't been mopped for a very long time judging by what my tissue revealed after I mopped up a drink I'd accidentally spille

Pros: The price. Cons: The room was at first glance clean however the floor hadn't been mopped for a very long time judging by what my tissue revealed after I mopped up a drink I'd accidentally spilled. the tv didn't pick up any itv channels and the towels were inadequate and unsafe.....no towel for floor in bathroom and also n o plug for bath if guest prefers a bath which I do because I'm unsteady on my legs and shower's frighten me safe towels are essential. The bath was dirty as were the walls and toilet. Very disappointed as usually the hotel is fine.

Room: decor below standard; AC unit ineffective; no soap, shampoo, shower gel in bathroom ; significant water leak around basin pedestal; only one tea bag provided; debris in the kettle; no reading lamp so had to get out of bed to put the light out. Door handle not easy to turn, and would be a safety issue for someone with arthritis, hand weakness or similar, as it is a fire door and therefore heavy. Breakfast: did not have b
