For the price - the overall experience was good.

Pros: Overall I thought the hotel and location were good. Cons: The carpets in the common areas needed to be vacuumed.

Good and bad

Pros: Staff was very nice. Restaurant was good, staff very nice, food was good. Cons: The rooms need remodeling. The room seemed like it was from the 70's.

Great location and friendly service.

Pros: The room was spacious and comfortable and quiet. I always felt secure. The staff greeted every person who walked in the door. This was a great location for the ALSC conference that was happening down the street at the Hyatt. Lots of good food within walking distance. The view from my room was beautiful, pretty sunsets and lovely morning views of Lake Erie. Cons: The pool is really small. I brought my suit, but decided it wasn't worth the effort.
