Everything was in excellent order. Better than staying at a hotel and much much more room.

Great location in quiet, quaint neighborhood. Walkable to south end area.

For the price, I'd pick a hotel next time.

Pros: The location was great and the space itself was nice. Cons: It ended up feeling like we were nickel-and-dimed for everything. The room fee was great, taxes seem high but that's not within their control; then, a $60 cleaning fee, then after all of that they tell us there's a $50 security deposit, then they add on a $50 fee. None of this was mentioned in the booking notes, so it was all added after the fact. At the end of the 1-night stay, we get check-out instructions that we are responsible for cleaning any dishes we used and taking out the trash. The next day, we receive a message sayin
