Good location.

Pros: Perfect location, can't get any better. Cons: Cleanliness leaves something to be desired, found cockroaches in the bathroom on more than one night, they come out from behind the air conditioner. The noise from the air conditioner is unbearable, it needs to be turned off if you want to sleep.

Clean, spacious room in the middle of Manhattan! Between 5th and 6th avenues in a cozy neighborhood near the Empire Stat

Pros: The perfect location, you can't do better.
