Pros: location, close to King's Cross station Cons: The stairs are the only available fire escape route; there is no secondary or alternative escape route. The windows do not adequately block the noise coming from the street. From around 4:30 a.m., the noise level becomes too high to get a good night's sleep. No lift.

Pros: Location is great. Room was very clean and very friendly staff. Cons: The room was so small. Our knees hit the wall when using the toilet. Probably ok for one guest but there wasn’t enough room for 2. Our room was right beside a large generator so the intermittent hum was pretty annoying.
