A unos 20.minuitos la zona de Abadía de Wenmister y Big Ben, a unos 25 minutos Trafalgar square, Picadilly Circus... La habitación pequeña para 4 personas pero teniendo en cuenta que estás todo el día fuera y solo estás en ella para ducharte y dormir, es suficiente sobre todo porque además de ser muy cómodas las camas, las sábanas muy suaves y estar muy bien el baño con una ducha muy amplia, muy bien el aire acondicionado

Pros: The hotel was well located, and the rooms were good. The air con worked really well and was much needed. Cons: Unfortunately, the customer service from the staff member we dealt with throughout our stay was very disappointing. There was no real welcome or greeting on arrival, no explanation of the hotel layout or amenities. There was very little engagement from the staff member throughout our stay. The experience on checkout was particularly poor. My parents were at reception and were not acknowledged by the staff member . When I arrived, I was also ignored while the staff member was o

But I do love the people that were sitting in the reservation

Pros: The people were kind there Cons: I didn’t like the fact that they didn’t have no seats in the reception and did not have any fridge in the room or a microwave, and the walls with thin could hear through other neighbor. And what I did not like is the fact that if I had my bags there for 1 to 2 hours before my flight I had to pay.
