Stunning space, great food and fantastic service!
Pros: Absolutely beautiful hotel, the decor and overall vibe was gorgeous. It was one of the reasons we booked! The suite we had was stunning, it was corner suite with views of the city and the cathedral. The service was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble, we were given recommendations, the food was delicious and everyone was so lovely! A special thanks to Federico in reception, after hearing about our disastrous trip at the previous hotel, he kindly upgraded our room and what a difference it made to our whole trip. Pros: Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, hier war das Personal auch sehr zuvorkommend, Wasser still aif Zimmer (wenn es nicht vergessen wurde) Cons: Zimmerreinigung kam sehr spät und hatte dann keine Lust mehr zu reinigen, zudem waren Sie immer sehr unhöflich, Pool war nicht wie angegeben, Aussicht ebenfalls, Baustelle vor Hotel, Service geht besser,
