Fantastic base for a two night cultural trip to London!

Pros: A fantastic location to visit Kew gardens and visit the Tate modern and central London. Such a warm welcome from all the staff who were both friendly and fun! The bar near the entrance was a great place to hang out and make our plans for the day or have a pre dinner drink. Fantastic two night break in the capital - the best hotel we've stayed in London! Cons: Nothing

Pros: Location. Comfy bed. Cozy room is a good size :-) Chet is decent. Cons: Doors are heavy and not great when other guests are in and out of their rooms so they slam.

Never Again.

Pros: It is conveniently placed and clean. Cons: Staff are extremely rude. I was just given a key and not told where my room was. Normally its simple but as there are 2 separate lifts to 2 parts of the hotel it was frustrating especially as I had to go back to the back of a long queue at reception to find out where y room was. The only help I got was from a member of security who saw my frustration and kindly helped me to my room. It is advertised as having air-conditioning, well it appears that it does have air-conditioning but a single ice cube cooled my room better. The air condition
