The Hugo - Hotel Concept Canterbury

Was expecting parking as listing twice mentioned free parking and there was none at all.

Pros: Comfy bed, lovely bathroom, great location Cons: No parking when was advertised as having free parking.

Perfect location, literally right in the town centre! Room was a good size, and very comfortable.

Very pleasant stay. Will visit again if in Canterbury.

Pros: Lots of space. Very comfortable with modern design. Good facilities. Excellent location. 10 electrical sockets in the room! Cons: As in so many hotels these days, the lighting was peculiar. There were switches that didn’t seem to do anything, lights in strange places e.g under beams and near the floor, but nothing overhead in the ceiling to illuminate the room clearly!

Stylish hotel and comfortable stay

Pros: It was very well decorated. Very stylish and comfortable. Perfect for a one night stay. Cons: It has very thin walls. Although during the night it was quiet, I could hear a person next door having a work conversation and I could hear everything that was said by both parties.
