Perfect location for The Piece Halls.
Pros: It is absolutely perfectly placed for a trip to Halifax via the train (as it is a short walk across from the station). We were attending a gig at the Piece Halls, which it is also next door. The staff are always friendly. Cons: Travel light as there is no lift to the upstairs rooms. It was pretty pricey but then a major band were playing so that can be expected.

Pros: Excellent proximity to the Piece Hall. Bed was very comfortable and pillows just right. Cons: £100 taken deposit and not released still a week later. Shower tray damaged and furniture shabby, Breakfast would have been great but lukewarm. No fans or air con.
