Nice location, beautiful facilty, customer service needs work.

Pros: Beautiful location, the outdoor pool and hot tub were fun as well. Cons: My family and I traveled from over 3 hours away and arrived only a few minutes early with a toddler and new born. The staff simply said we can’t check you in early. I felt there could have been more friendly customer service “Unfortunately we aren’t able to check you in early, sorry for the inconvenience, please consider trying our bakery, here’s the hours here’s a menu, something”. Then we ordered a room with balcony only to find out our balcony is directly in front of a parking lot with no fence so not much priva

The room was so spacious and comfortable. Very clean and well designed. We loved the property and all the trails for after dinner stroll. I would love to visit this hotel again if I am ever back in the area.

Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay—it was a perfect 10! Our room was incredibly comfortable, and we especially enjoyed spending time outdoors. It was such a joy watching our granddaughters ride their bikes and play at the nearby playgrounds. We only wish we lived in the area! Thank you for such a wonderful experience.
