Way overpriced.
Pros: Nice location, clean hotel. Cons: Breakfast was not included, despite a very expensive stay in a smallish small. Also the charge for the parking vallet was ridiculously high (>$60 for one night) and the store sold S. Pellegrino water bottles at $8 a piece, kind of absurd. The hotel is nice and has a good location, but the quality price ratio is bad.

Inn at Penn, please see to it that my money is refunded asap.
Pros: Location was great Cons: They took $250 as a security deposit and have failed to return it several weeks after I checked out. Absolutely no damage whatsoever to the property. My money is stuck in some bureaucratic limbo and the hotel is not doing enough to ensure that I get my money back. I am not happy at all.
