Very comfortable, nice staff, clean sheets and bathroom. Just very outdated carpet and furnishings. But for the price it
Pros: Location was great, bathroom was clean. Staff was friendly Cons: Bit surprised by how old the carpet and furniture in the room was. I understand the retro vibe but it felt very old, fixtures were rusty. Furniture was from the 60’s.
Wonderful
The Inn On Third is very centrally located in Downtown St. Petersburg. The downtown area, the harbor, and the Dali Museum are easily reachable on foot, so we didn't move our car. We were warmly welcomed. In the early evening, there was a complimentary drink and we chatted with other guests and the staff. The breakfast was very good. We can wholeheartedly recommend The Inn On Third.

Pros: Location and easy parking Cons: The tiny AC unit couldn’t cool my room adequately. I kept all curtains closed and still needed the ceiling fan at night. Furniture was very dated.
Lovely place to stay.
Pros: We loved the boutique feel of the Inn. It’s an old building so you have to be prepared for this. I thought it was charming-my travel companion thought it needed work. Cons: Parking on site and social time with other guests. Great location if the beach is not your destination. We were in town to visit museums and galleries.
