Convenient location
Pros: Great location and busy thriving local pub atmosphere Cons: Room 3 had little hot water and took 15 minutes to run. Room 3 must be above the loos so the hand dryer was a little busy on our visit

Nice location if visiting Guildford, only a 3 mile Taxi or Bus Journey away.
Pros: Large Rooms, very clean - recommended. Cons: As I was at the front of the hotel facing out towards the church. The Road Noise from the a281 road Horsham to Guildford road was present (some can ignore it, but if not a deep sleeper then you will hear it)
The Jolly Farmer.
Pros: Good location. Friendly staff. A larger room than I anticipated and very comfortable. No aircon but a large fan in the room which kept it cool even in this hot spell. The bar and restaurant were busy but I was still made to feel welcome. Considering I was literally above the bar area I could hear nothing when in the room. Pet friendly. Cons: They were experiencing water pressure issues during my stay. There was no water for a short while but it would always return after a bit. Not the end of the world but inconvenient when on a tight timeline. It wouldn't put me off returning when in the
Not happy
Pros: Convenient location for visiting our friends in Bramley Cons: Nobody bothered to tell us that the water authority reduced the pressure. Couldn’t even run a bath when we arrived hot and tired. The tea mug was cracked and leaked water all over the table. We were still charged full rate with no reduction offered. Not good enough for £125 a night!!!
Pros: It was clean and the staff were pleasant. Cons: unfortunately the water kept going off due to water shortage in the South East of England.
October here averages 12°C, with around 83 mm of rain across the month.
